Work up an appetite for Thanksgiving Dinner and help fight Multiple Sclerosis!
You'll find fun for the entire family and a great time for visiting relatives.
For those who want to provide even more support for the fight against Multiple Sclerosis, we have a new Charity Division. For $60 you'll receive a 8K Competitive entry, and 100% of your registration fee will go to the National MS Society. Charity Division will receive long-sleeve tech shirts.

8K Recreational: $21 thru 10/31 then $25
Kid's Dash: $3 online; $10 at packet pickup or on race day. - Distance:

We heard your feedback and have redesigned and USATF-Certified the 8K route.
The race will now start on Ridge Road and the start line will be 50% wider for less congestion. - Family Fun:
Bring the family to the Ridgewood Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning.
Events include competitive and recreational 8K's and a 100-yard Kid's Dash (age 7 and under). During the 8K, kids can decorate the finish chute road with sidewalk chalk or make signs to cheer for mom or dad.
This year there will not be a 1 Mile Fun Run in order to get everyone home to Thanksgiving dinner sooner and give shoppers easier access to Whole Foods for that last-minute holiday shopping.
Online registration price of the Kid's dash to just $3. Kids will be $10 on race day, so be sure to register online.

For just $5 more than the recreational 8K, competitive 8K participants receive:
Disposable bib-chip timing by Precision Race including the option to receive a SMS text message with your personal results
Eligibility for prizes and awards including a free pair of Mizuno running shoes from Fleet Feet Sports for 1 of every 100 finishers.
Shirts are only available for those who register by 11/11. - Awards:
Overall Winners will be based on Gun Time. Age Group Awards will be based on Chip Time.
Awards will be provided for top 3 overall men and women, top 3 Masters men & women and for top 5-year Age Group runners.
One out of every 100 finishers in the 8K Race will receive a free pair of Mizuno running shoes from Fleet Feet Sports. - Thanksgiving Costume Contest:
Come out in your best Thanksgiving gear!!! Each race participant who wins one of the following costume categories, will be awarded a gift certificate for a Whole Foods Holiday Party Platter:
